PERHENTIAN ISLAND DIVE SITES
TANJUNG BUTONG
Tanjung Butong is an excellent scuba diving place to spot pelagic fish, including "Trigger Alley" and many titan triggerfish, along with scorpionfish, pipefish, nudibranchs, and turtles.
SAN CHOI WRECK
The San Choi Wreck consists of three sunken fishing boats, hosting barracudas, snappers, and pony fish. It also shelters bamboo sharks, stingrays, boxfish, shrimp, crabs, and scorpionfish.
BATU NISAN
Batu Nisan is a lively marine paradise, often called our house reef. It's perfect for beginners, refresher courses, and practicing skills like buoyancy control and underwater photography.
D'LAGOON
Dive into the tranquil waters of D’Lagoon, a shallow 12-meter-deep site with coral reefs and white sand. Ideal for beginners, it hosts nudibranchs, turtles, reef fish, stingrays, and bumphead parrotfish.
STINGRAY ALLEY
Stingray Alley offers an exciting Perhentian Islands dive with massive boulders and depths up to 18 meters. Expect Jenkin’s whiprays, turtles, blacktip reef sharks, tuna, trevally, humphead parrotfish, and vibrant nudibranchs.
TOKONG LAUT
Tokong Laut, Perhentian Island’s signature site, featuring a 24-meter-deep pinnacle with stunning corals. Encounter turtles, trevally, squid, nudibranchs, sea snakes, bamboo sharks, and even majestic whale shark.
SERENGGEH
Explore Serenggeh’s vibrant waters, reaching depths of 24 meters, though most dives average 14 meters. Just 20 minutes from Perhentian Kecil, it features stunning rock formations, rich marine life, and humphead parrotfish.
